Functional variations of the TLR4 gene in association with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract: ObjectiveChronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) share a number of common risk factors, including innate immunity-related genetic factors.
