Functional Rehabilitation: An Integrated Treatment Model for Patients With Complex Physical and Psychiatric Conditions

Abstract: The health care delivery system in the United States, structured to provide single-disease care, presents unique challenges for patients with complex physical and psychiatric comorbidities.
