Кавалла Р.2 , доктор-инженер, профессор, директор Структура, формирующаяся в сплавах с памятью формы (СПФ) на основе никелида титана TiNi в резуль-тате интенсивной пластической деформации (ИПД), за-висит от применяемой схемы деформации и режимов термомеханической обработки (ТМО) [1, 2]. В рабо-тах [3,4] для получения наносубзеренной (НСС), на-нокристаллической (НКС) и смешанной (НСС + НКС) структур в СПФ Ti -Ni была использована ТМО, вклю-чавшая холодную прокатку с деформацией от 0,3 до 1,9 и последеформационный отжиг при 300 -400 °С. В ре-зультате формирования НКС с оптимальным размером зерен (65 ± 15 нм) на сплаве Ti -50,0 ат. % Ni удалось достигнуть рекордных значений реактивного напряже-ния (1420 МПа) и полностью обратимой деформации (8 %). Наиболее высокий комплекс усталостных функ-циональных свойств в условиях термомеханического и сверхупругого циклирования был получен в случае формирования смешанной НС + НК структуры [5].Указанные результаты были получены в прокатан-ной проволоке сечением менее 1 мм 2 . В то же время задача получения объемных наноструктурных СПФ Ti -Ni оставалась нерешенной, поскольку для этого требуется обеспечить непрерывную изотермическую деформацию при 300 -400 °С [6].В настоящей работе с целью получения нанострукту-ры в объемных образцах СПФ Ti -Ni использовали дефор-мационный модуль MaxStrain (МS) в составе комплекса Gleeble 3500, на котором осуществляли квази-непрерыв-ную многоосевую изотермическую деформацию образ-цов размером 10×10×10 мм 3 в интервале 400 -330 °С. На-копленная деформация составляла 4,6 -9,5.Электронномикроскопическое исследование (JEM 2100) выявило после MS по всем режимам смешан-ную структуру, состоящую из зерен и субзерен, кото-рым отвечают соответственно разбросанные по кольцу точечные рефлексы и дискретные или непрерывные ду-говые рефлексы (см. рисунок).Понижение температуры деформации до 330 °С с одновременным увеличением степени деформации до 9,5 привело к уменьшению размера зерен/субзерен по нормали к плоскости последнего обжатия с 160 до 85 нм. Получение смешанной НК + НС структуры спла-ва Ti -50,0 % Ni обещает в перспективе существенное повышение комплекса его функциональных свойств в объемных образцах.
