Functional interplay between Mediator and RSC chromatin remodeling complex controls nucleosome-depleted region maintenance at promoters

Abstract: Chromatin organization is crucial for the transcriptional regulation in eukaryotes. Mediator is an essential and conserved coactivator thought to act in concert with chromatin regulators.
