Functional Compounds and Physiological Activities of Foxtail Millet (Setaria italica) and Finger Millet (Eleusine coracona)

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the physiological activities and the functional components of foxtail millet (FM, Setaria italica) and finger millet (FGM, Elusine coracana).
