“…The amino acid sequences of CYP6AE43 and CYP321A7 contain various shared conserved motifs including heme-binding predicted substrate recognition sites, suggesting that the enzyme is functional. These results are in line with previous findings ( Guo et al, 2015 ; Hou et al, 2021 ).…”

“…These findings were consistent with previous findings that some of the CYP321 subfamily genes, as well as the CYP6 and CYP9 subfamily genes, may be involved in mechanisms of detoxication or regulation of insecticides. These findings elucidated P450 functions on insect biology and physiology, and that the midgut and fat body tissue of insects are considered important as detoxification organs ( Giraudo et al, 2015 ; Hou et al, 2021 ). It has been previously reported that the development of insecticide resistance by enhancing metabolic detoxification enzymes in various insects is closely related to the elevated expression of P450 genes and subsequent increases in P450 protein levels ( Riveron et al, 2013 ; Xu et al, 2018 ).…”

“…30 P450-mediated metabolism has already been found to be involved in resistance to indoxacarb in Spodoptera litura and clothianidin in N. lugens. 28,33 The elevated P450 enzyme activities conferring resistance often correlate with overexpression of specific P450 genes. 28,33−35 Shi et al found that the overexpression of six P450 genes was associated with fenpropathrin resistance in Tetranychus cinnabarinus.…”

“…The knockdown of CYP6AE68 mediated by RNAi in S. litura increased the mortality of larvae exposed to indoxacarb. 33 In P. xylostella, downregulation of CYP6BG1 gene expression markedly reduced P450 activity and increased larval susceptibility to chlorantraniliprole. 22 RNAi-induced silencing of CYP6ER1 increased the susceptibility of N. lugens to clothianidin.…”

“…Ulat grayak menyerang daun tanaman dan karakteristik dari kerusakannya berupa daun tanaman yang berlubang (Silalahi et al,2019). Serangan larva ulat grayak dapat merusak daun hingga terlihat tulang daun (Gu et al, 2015;Hou et al, 2021). Hama belalang (Oxya spp.)…”
