Abstract: BackgroundThe calibrator in immunoassay plays an essential role in diagnosing Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Presently, the most well-studied biomarkers for AD diagnosis are three phosphorylated Tau (p-Tau): p-Tau231, p-Tau217, and p-Tau181.
