Fully automatic cardiac T2* relaxation time estimation using marker-controlled watershed

Abstract: Heart failure due to iron-overload cardiomyopathy is one of the main causes of mortality. The cardiomyopathy is reversible if intensive iron chelation treatment is done in time.
