Abstract: Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) can resolve transcriptional features from individual cells, but scRNA-seq techniques capable of resolving the variable regions of B cell receptors (BCRs) remain limited, especially from widely-used 3′-barcoded libraries.
