Fulfilling employees’ psychological contracts: organizational socialization’s role

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the mediating role of psychological contract fulfillment in the relationship between socialization tactics and attachment-related outcomes (i.e. organizational commitment and person-organization fit).
