Abstract: ZusammenfassungKrisen belasten Organisationen und die darin arbeitenden Menschen nicht nur aufgrund ihrer unvorhersehbaren Veränderungen und ständigen Unsicherheit. Sie konfrontieren uns auch mit den Schwächen unseres Systems und zeigen Schwachstellen auf, die im Normalbetrieb unserer Arbeitswelt meist noch kaschiert werden können.
