Abstract:Early treatment of retinoblastoma (RB) has significantly improved clinical outcomes. N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) methylation is crucial for cancer progression. Thus, we investigated the role of FTO‐dependent demethylation in RB and its underlying mechanisms.
