FTIR‐Spektroskopie im Ultrahochvakuum: Messung an TiO2‐Pulver

Abstract: Die Zahl der Defektstellen auf der Rutiloberfläche ist maßgebendes Kriterium für deren katalytische Aktivität. Um diese zu bestimmen, gibt es ein neues Ultrahochvakuum‐FT‐IR‐Spektrometer. So lassen sich nun IR‐Spektren für Pulverpartikel unmittelbar mit IR‐Daten für einkristalline Referenzsysteme vergleichen.
