Frontal Lobotomy in a Schizophrenic Patient With Advanced Hydrocephalus

Abstract: IT IS THE purpose of this report to describe a case of severe schizophrenia in which certain psychotic manifestations were greatly reduced by prefrontal lobotomy, despite the presence of advanced hydrocephalus.
