Abstract: The Front Cover shows that it′s not enough to just win—you also need to be precise in doing so. The precise bowling here represents the selective inhibitory effect of new alkylated Lawson derivatives on cytochrome bo3 oxidase (cyt bo3) without affecting cytochrome bd‐I activity, even though in Escherichia coli, both respiratory terminal oxidases use ubiquinol‐8 as electron donor.
