Abstract: The Front Cover picture shows that AlleyCat2, a member of the AlleyCat family of allosterically regulated Kemp eliminases, is capable of binding leflunomide, an immunosuppressant drug, and converting it into teriflunomide, its active form, with remarkable efficiency.
