Abstract: The Front Cover shows the SWEET SENSING strategy that enables carbohydrate‐appended TQNPEN [N,N,N',N'‐tetrakis(2‐quinolylmethyl)‐3‐aza‐1,5‐pentanediamine] derivatives to detect intracellular Cd2+ by means of fluorescence signals in HeLa cells. The attachment of carbohydrates, especially glucose, to TQNPEN significantly improves cell membrane permeability and intracellular distribution of the compound.
