From Therapy Resistance to Targeted Therapies in Prostate Cancer

Abstract: Prostate cancer (PCa) is the second most common malignancy among men worldwide. Although early-stage disease is curable, advanced stage PCa is mostly incurable and eventually becomes resistant to standard therapeutic options.
