Abstract:Joint symptoms associated with gout, mostly characterized by joint flare‐ups, are well known. Tophi represent the main cutaneous manifestation of gout, most often associated with a chronic and inadequately controlled disease. On rare occasions, atypical skin manifestations may occur.
