From Mystery to the Mummy in Topkapı Palace, a Strange Figure in Ottomans: Crocodile

Abstract: Threatening the life of mankind as a predator reptile in its habitual regions caused crocodiles to be a symbol of power in belief systems since Ancient Egypt.
