Abstract: Background Granulomatosis with polyangiitis, former Wegener's (GPA) is a systemic vasculitis characterized by necrotizing granulomatous inflammation and necrotizing vasculitis classically affecting the ear, nose and throat (ENT) district, the lower respiratory tract, and kidneys [1].
