FRI0321 Intravital Study of Endotheliocytes and Blood Corpuscles in Patients with Gout

Abstract: BackgroundUric acid (UA) is delivered with the help of the liver and vascular endothelium where xantine oxidase can be accumulated. Relationship between endothelium disfunction and elevated level of serum UA was proved [1]. Moreover, it was found out that in the presence of endothelium disturbances, membrane particles (the diameter up to 1mkm) appear in the blood [2].
