Frequency of external influences as a source of biological system negentropy

Abstract: This paper provides a qualitative analysis of one of the possible channels of negative entropy (negentropy) to ensure the evolution of biological systems. In particular, it is shown for the first time that a periodically changing flow of equilibrium radiation carries a reduced entropy content in comparison with a constant flow of the same power.
