Freezing effects on yield, quality, and microbial load of farmed fish Neolissochilus hexagonolepis (Chocolate Mahseer)

Abstract: Locally known as "Katli" in Kalimpong and commonly known as Chocolate Mahseer, Neolissochilus hexagonolepis has been introduced into the aquaculture system in the region.
