Free Radical Scavenging Activity of Fruit Formulation Mediated Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles

Abstract: To determine the free radical scavenging activity of fruit formulation mediated zinc oxide nanoparticle. Zinc oxide nanoparticles are widely known for their antimicrobial agent, anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, wound healing, antioxidant and optic properties. Oxidative degradation of lipids, proteins, food and cosmetics involves a radical-chain reaction with release of free radicals.
