Free‐Radical Membrane Protein Footprinting by Photolysis of Perfluoroisopropyl Iodide Partitioned to Detergent Micelle by Sonication

Abstract: Afree-radical footprinting approach is described for integral membrane protein (IMP) that extends,s ignificantly, the "fast photochemical oxidation of proteins" (FPOP) platform.
