Free oscillations of three-layered plates

Abstract: The paper is devoted to improving the theory of bending and vibrations of three-layer plates with transverse compressible filler and thin outer bearing layers. For the outer layers, the Kirchhoff-Love hypothesis is accepted and the motion of their points is described by the equations of the theory of thin plates relative to forces and moments. Unlike bearing layers, a filler is considered as a three-dimensional body that does not obey any simplifying hypotheses. The equations of the bimoment theory of thick pl… Show more

“…The authors of this article have performed several works using the theory of thin plates [6][7][8] and the bimoment theory of thick plates [9][10][11][12][13][14]. Scientific articles [6][7][8] are devoted to improving the box-shaped model of the building structure, considering the contact conditions between the elements of the panel and beams.…”

“…Studies in [1,2] are devoted to the numerical solution of the problem of transverse and longitudinal vibrations of buildings and structures based on a plate model developed within the framework of the bimoment theory of plates. Using the developed model, the problems of transverse and longitudinal vibrations of buildings and structures were solved in [3,4] within the framework of the bimoment theory of plates.…”
