Free flap surgery in osteoradionecrosis of the head and neck

Abstract: Osteoradionecrosis (ORN) following radiation therapy is a much-feared complication of the treatment of head and neck cancer. Free flap reconstruction in the ORN patient has specific challenges for the surgeon.
