Process discovery is a concern in analyzing business processes. Process discovery methods handle many aspects, e.g. a hybrid of non-free choice and invisible task. A hybrid of non-free choice and an invisible task is a condition that needs additions of invisible tasks in non-free choice relationships. Process discovery methods, e.g. Alpha++, Alpha#, Graphical method, Time-based Alpha Miner, cannot discover the hybrid of non-free choice and invisible task, especially invisible tasks in the overlapping pattern. To modeling a hybrid of non-free choice and invisible tasks, this research proposes an algorithm of adding invisible tasks, including invisible tasks of overlapping pattern, automatically in the event log and processing the event log with the rules of Alpha++ algorithm. To test the proposed algorithm, namely Invisible Task Log with Alpha++, the experiment compares it with Alpha++, Alpha#, Graphical Method, Time-based Alpha Miner, Hidden Markov Model-Parallel, and Coupled Hidden Markov Model-Invisible Task. The experiment results proved that Invisible Task Log with Alpha++ algorithm obtains higher precision than the obtained precision by comparison methods.

Banking crime is one of the widespread phenomena in 2016 are closely associated with the used of computer-based technology and internet networks that constantly evolving. One of them is the burglary of customer accounts through the internet banking facility. To overcome this, we need a method of how to detect a conspiracy of bank burglary case of customer accounts. The way to scalable is by get a mining decision to get a decision tree and from the decision tree to get a decision attribute value to determine the level of anomalies. Then of all the attributes decision point is calculated rate of fraud. The rate of fraud is classified through level of security of attack by the attacker then entropy gain is used to calculate the relative effort between the level of attacks in the decision tree. The results show that the method could classify three levels of attacks and the corresponding entropy gains. The paper uses decision trees algorithm, alpha++ and dotted chart analysis to analyze an attack that can be scalable. The results of the analysis show that the accuracy achieved by 0.87%.

A business process is a set of activities that needs to be considered in organizations or companies. Linear temporal logic (LTL) can models relationships of activities; however, the existing LTL does not consider occurrences probability of relationships of activities based on the event log. Weighted Linear Temporal Logic (W-LTL) extends the existing LTL by giving weights based on the occurrences probabilities. This paper proposes a new similarity method that combines Weighted-Linear Temporal Logic (W-LTL) Tree and Weighted Directed Acyclic Graph (wDAG) that modifies the original wDAG similarity, so it can distinguish the similarity value of two wDAGs that have two branches with opposite weight values. The proposed method (W-LTLDAG) will be verified by comparing with the original wDAG similarity, TPED, Cosine-TDP, and WGED. Based on the comparison, wDAG and WGED gives similarity value of 1 for all experiments, shows that both cannot distinguish weight between 2 graphs. TPED only concerns on relation without giving regards to the number of traces, Cosine-TDP and proposed method are able to distinguish parallel relations that have different occurrence probability of activity relations, but proposed method is proven to give a better calculation by giving a high similarity value, 0.976 for graphs with a small difference value of weights between branches, and low similarity value, 0.327 for graphs with a large difference value of weights between branches.
