“…Permasalahan pada dunia ecommerce sangat sering terjadi sehingga menjadi hal yang biasa, tetapi sulit untuk menentukan seberapa besar risiko yang akan diterima, maka perlu dilakukan pendeteksian penipuan dengan berbagai macam metode (Chun, 2019 (Syed & Shabbir, 2013).
