Fragmentation analysis of normal and dystrophic avian muscle

Abstract: A difference between normal and dystrophic avian muscle was demonstrated by comparing the patterns of fragmentation of muscle during homogenization. Fragmentation was monitored by morphological methods and by viscometry.
