Fractured Odontoid: The Management of Delayed Neurological Symptoms

Abstract: Undiagnosed and untreated odontoid fractures are relatively common in developing countries where treatment for minor injuries is not considered. As a result, patients frequently present with neurological deterioration secondary to delayed odontoid dislocation.
