Fracture toughness of thermostressed reinforcement and the effect of temperature variations

Abstract: The effect of thermomechanical loading on the strength of steel reinforcement was examined in terms of fracture toughness. The fracture behavior of 35GS and 25G2S reinforcing steel specimens determined by temperature variations along the reinforcing bars was analyzed in fracture toughness estimation.
