Fractional spinal anesthesia and systemic hemodynamics in frail elderly hip fracture patients

Abstract: Background: Aging and frailty make the elderly patients susceptible to hypotension following spinal anesthesia. The systemic hemodynamic effects of spinal anesthesia are not well known.
