Fractional Model of Multiple Trapping with Charge Leakage: Transient Photoconductivity and Transit–Time Dispersion

Abstract: The model of multiple trapping into energy-distributed states is a successful tool to describe the transport of nonequilibrium charge carriers in amorphous semiconductors.
