Abstract: Introduction and Aims: Left ventricular hypertrophy is commonly encountered in the patients with chronic renal failure. Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) 23 is correlated with increased atherosclerosis and endothelial dysfunction in each stage of chronic renal failure.
