FOXP3 TSDR Measurement Could Assist Variant Classification and Diagnosis of IPEX Syndrome

Abstract: Pathogenic FOXP3 variants cause immune dysregulation polyendocrinopathy enteropathy X-linked (IPEX) syndrome, a progressive autoimmune disease resulting from disruption of the regulatory T cell (Treg) compartment.
