Four-wave mixing in coupled semiconductor quantum dots

Abstract: We present a theoretical analysis of four-wave mixing in coupled quantum dots subject to inhomogeneous broadening. For the biexciton transitions, a clear signature of interdot-coupling appears in the spectra.
