Abstract:Introduction. Radiation therapy (RT) has been widely used since the 1970s in the treatment of Hodgkin’s lymphoma. RT increases the risk of secondary malignancies and heart disease including coronary artery disease, noncoronary atherosclerotic valvular disease, valvular dysfunction, pericardial disease and radiation induced vasculopathy.Case Presentation.
