Foundations and Applications of Intelligent Knowledge Exchange

Abstract: Exchange of knowledge is becoming increasingly important to modern organizations. In this chapter is explained what this elementary knowledge exchange consists of and how a virtual workplace can support knowledge exchange between workers.
