Fostering Teaching-Learning through Workplace Based Assessment in Postgraduate Chemical Pathology Residency Program Using Virtual Learning Environment

Abstract: Background The principle of workplace based assessment (WBA) is to assess trainees at work with feedback integrated into the program simultaneously.
