Vv'elm auch das Pregtsche 1 Verfahren zur C-I-LMikro-Bestimmung gegenw~rtig noch in der Betriebspraxis der meisten mikroanalytischen Laboratorien 2 verwendet wird, wurden un]~ngst andere Methoden (vgl. die ITbersichtsreferate von Kainz 3 und SchSniger 4) beschrieben, so dait die Preglsche Methode in absehbarer Zeit wahrscheinlich durch neue Schnellmethoden ersetzt werden wird. Eine vollkommene Beherrschung der von Pregl beschriebenen Methodik ist ngmlich wegen der komplizierten Apparatur, Durchffihrung und der grol~en Anzahl yon Fehlerquellen 5, 6 schwer zu erreichen, besonders wenn es sich um weniger qualifiziertes Personal handelt.Vor zwei Jahren haben wir auch in unserem Laboratorium die Entwicklung einer Methode in Angriff genommen, die den an ein modernes mikroanalytisches Verfahren gestellten Anforderungen 7 mSglichst stand-h~It. Wir hatten Gelegenheit, die Methode nach Pregl 1, Kainz s, Niederl 9, K6rbl 1~ und die Verbrelmung im leeren Rohrl~, TM zu iiberprtifen. Die dadurch erworbenen Erfahrungen haben uns, in Verbindung mit lang~ j~ihriger Praxis in der Durchfiihrung yon Semimikroelementaranalysen und deren Automatisation ~a die MSgliehkeit gegeben, diese Entwieklung erfolgreich zu Ende zu fiihren, wobei uns ge]ungen ist, eine einfache und schnelle Mikromethode auszuarbeiten.Die vorliegende Arbeit hat den Zweck, diese Schnellmethode zur C,I-I-Mikro-Bestimmung in organischen Substanzen zu besehreiben, eine Analyse der einzelnen Vorgiinge der Bestimmung an I-Iand statistischer
