Zusammenfassung Der folgende Beitrag widmet sich der Subjektivität von Forschenden und deren Positionierung(en) im interkulturellen Forschungskontext der Volksrepublik China. Dabei kommt der Analyse der Forschungssituation und dem Begriff der (Selbst-)Reflexivität als systematischer Bestandteil und notwendiges Datum empirischen Arbeitens ein besonderer Stellenwert zu. Nach einer kurzen Darstellung kulturrelevanter Implikationen für die Praxis qualitativ-narrativer Zugänge sowie der methodischen Diskussion um die Reflexivität qualitativer Daten, soll den Möglichkeiten einer Rekonstruktion (selbst-)reflexiver Praxen für die interpretative Arbeit anhand einer narrativ-biographischen Einstiegspassage nachgegangen werden. (Self-)Reflexivity as methodological and field-specific challenge Notes on intercultural biographical research in ChinaAbstract The following article describes the subjectivity of researchers and their positionalities in intercultural research contexts with special regard to the People's Republic of China.
