Formulation, Development and Evaluation of Herbal Transdermal Patch for Fracture Healing

Abstract: Peristrophe bicalyculata posses expectorant, analgesic, anti-inflamatory, antipyretic and antibacterial properties and has been traditionally used for the management of pain, sprain, and bone fracture. In this study we have tried to incorporate bioactive components of P. bicalyculata in transdermal patches which were developed by solvent casting method.
