Abstract:The aim of the present research is to formulate sublingual tablet of Meclizine Hydrochloride using direct compression method. Moreover the purpose of developing this dosage form is to provide rapid onset of action beneficial in managing conditions of nausea, vomiting and vertigo, and also overcome the problems of solubility of drug by inclusion complexes.
