Formulation and Evaluation of Chitosan Nanoparticles Coated Graphene- Gold Nanoparticles for Controlled Released of Anticancer Drug Vincristine

Abstract

In this study chitosan nanoparticles (CSNPs) coated functionalized graphene-gold nanoparticles (F-GE-AuNPs) known as (CSNPs-F-GE/AuNPs). The prepared nanocomposites were characterized by UV-Visible spectrophotometer, XRD, FTIR, SEM, tensile strength and swelling in stimulated in different phosphate buffer medium. The model anticancer drug Vincristine (VIS) was used for controlled drug delivery purpose. From FTIR result was clearly demonstrated that the model drug VIS did not change in any molecular level at CSNPs-F-GE/AuNPs. In vitro drug release system was carried out .VIS was presented exceptional higher drug result in different pH medium. It was observed that CSNP and F-GE/AuNPs was decrease less drug release rate compared to CSNPs-F-GE/AuNPs. So that it can be clearly understood that CSNPs-F-GE/AuNPs nanocomposites have enhanced drug release activity in different pH medium.
