Abstract

Results: existence of a well-developed theory of family legal relations will allow for formation of the appropriate theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the theory of parental legal relations as their variety. In order to ensure progress in the development of scientific issues concerning parental legal relations, the authors propose to distinguish between rights in personam with obligations corresponding to them and absolute rights as perfect rights realization of which is not associated with assigning anybody to obligations.
