The aim of the research is to evaluate modern strategies and methods of formation of communicative competency in the system of continuing education and to outline the most affective ones that can be applied for training of document managers. The research objectives include identification of modern strategies and methods of formation of communicative competency, their assessment and design of perspective model of formation of communicative competency of document managers in the system of continuing education. Within the framework of our research, we studied a number of pedagogical, psychological, sociological, and philosophical papers oriented towards the analysis of formation of communicative skills and selected over 50 articles that were published during the recent five years to substantiate the research problem more accurately. The research used the three-staged mixed methods approach. During the first stage we collected qualitative data through literature review. The second stage included experts’ assessment based on the fuzzy Delphie technique. The third stage referred to the design of perspective model of formation of communicative competency of document managers in the system of continuing education. The group of experts was formed from 36 professionals that are involved in the process of advanced training for document managers. The experts’ assessment showed that active learning, problem-based learning, and ICT-based learning are the most effective strategies, and round table, active game, real-world situation, role-play, practical activities, group discussion, online teamwork, and collaborative work are the most effective teaching methods. The perspective model consists of the following components: objectives, pedagogical strategies, teaching methods, evaluation, result, and methodical recommendations and it is implemented in five stages. The model can be introduces in the system of continuing education of document managers in the institutions of higher education, centers for advanced training and retraining, and human resources departments.

The purpose of the articlewas to test the effectiveness of the influence of pedagogical conditions for online debates on the formation of future philologists’ professional competencies.Methods used:pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, and students' self-assessment methods, mathematical and statistical methods for research results processing (t-Student's criterion), interviews, questionnaires. Dialogicality (communicative level) was estimated by L. Michelson test and by the method of diagnostics of “General Communicative Tolerance” by V. V. Boyko. Results. In an experiment, it was found that, after the secondary survey, 33.75% of respondents view online debates as educational technology and 26.25% of respondents explain their participation in the debates by the desire to improve communication skills. When analyzing the results of the secondary survey, it was found that such qualities as determination, tolerance, and sociability are in the lead. Comparing the design value and critical value of the Criterion t and T-Critical, we have taken that T≤T-Critical, and therefore accepted the hypothesis of different average values in the two frames.

Relevance. The relevance of the work is due to a high degree of interest in terms of achieving effective communication in the education of IT professionals for the purpose of active pragma-professional and communicative intercultural integration and digitalization of the world through the involvement of modern information technology. Purpose. The purpose of this article is a comprehensive study of all parameters: social, psychological, linguistic, affecting the communicative competence of the student involved in the IT-industry, the development of linguocognitive mechanisms that contribute to the effectiveness of the dialogue in small and large groups (teams) on the example of the Kazakh experience. Methodology. The methodological basis was a theoretical, comparative and sociometric study of the main tasks, principles, rules of competent conduct of interpersonal and intercultural dialogue, the study of pragmatic aspects of building personality with a high level of communicative competence and practical application of knowledge in the course of training. Results. This article analyzes the key aspects of the IT-sphere development in Kazakhstan in terms of modern conditions of digitalization of professional activity of specialists, considered the main aspects of the influence of the level of communicative competence on the results of work in this industry, shows the main methods of formation of pragma-professional competence on the example of foreign language training, communication in internal and external teams and increasing the staff potential, competitive in the international labor market. Conclusions. The materials presented in this article can be used in the study of IT-communication on the example of other state mechanisms for implementing a communication strategy to improve the effective and comfortable work of employees, the development of planned methods related to improving the communicative competence of students and employees of information technology, the study of the specific organization of work in advanced IT companies, primarily from the perspective of the communicative aspect.
