Formation of Cu Nanodots on Diamond Surface to Improve Heat Transfer in Cu/D Composites

Abstract: Diamond-dispersed copper matrix (Cu/D) composite materials with different interfacial configurations are fabricated through powder metallurgy and their thermal performances are evaluated.
