FORMATION OF A NEW SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATIVE-TERRITORIAL DIVISION IN KASSR IN THE 1928-1930s (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE NORTHERN REGION)

Abstract: The paper discusses the issues related to identifying changes in the administrative-territorial division of Kazakhstan in the late 1920-1930s of the 20th century. The objectives of the Soviet state building required the demolition of the former tsarist system of government and the creation of a new structure of the administrative-territorial structure.
